PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture medium mainly using cow dung for greening and food cultivation, and to also provide a novel cultivation system in a plant factory through preparation of a culture medium suitable for food cultivation in plant factories as factory-type cultivation.SOLUTION: The solid organic compost culture plate according to the present invention is formed by mixing wood chips and beneficial bacteria (e.g., fungi isolated in the Shirakami mountains in Japan) mainly with cow dung to make an organic compost, and mixing and solidifying the organic compost with coconut fiber, etc. and seaweed paste, etc. as a binder.
