PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make selection accuracy of an explanatory variable input into artificial intelligence to be preferable and to improve efficiency of factor analysis.SOLUTION: A factor analysis support device 100 is configured to comprise a storage device 101, and an arithmetic unit 104 that calculates an average value of correlation values for each group of the same period in a latest period, in a past period having a predetermined length, and in a plurality of past periods, that identifies an adoption number of explanatory variables in each group according to an average value ratio among groups, that extracts correlation values in descending order according to the adoption number to create an explanatory variable list 140 among the explanatory variables related to each group, that calculates the correlation value between each explanatory variable indicated by the explanatory variable list 140 and an objective variable, and that stores this in the storage device 101 for using for identification of the subsequent adoption number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
