The photocurable support material composition for inkjet 3D shaping according to the present invention contains a water-soluble ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing an ionic group and a counter ion, and a photopolymerization initiator. The ionic group is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of a carboxylic acid group, a phosphoric acid group, and a sulfonic acid group. The counter ion is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium ion, potassium ion, and ammonium ion.
