The ring member 5 substantially forms a C shape in which one section thereof in the circumferential direction is open at an open section 19. One end-section side of the ring member 5 is a reduced-diameter section 21 having a smaller diameter than do other sections. A plurality of claw parts 23 are provided which are oriented toward the other end-section side of the ring member 5. The claw parts 23 are provided on the reduced-diameter section 21 at a distance from one another in the circumferential direction with slits 25 interposed therebetween. The claw parts 23 increase in diameter in a manner such that the outer diameter thereof gradually increases in a direction from the reduced-diameter section 21 toward the tip.
