PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of highly accurately and easily estimating the percentage content of blast furnace slag fine powders in a cement hardening body.SOLUTION: A method includes measuring the percentage content of SiOof cement paste obtained by sectioning a two-dimensional area suitably defined in a cement hardening body into pixel units, selecting a pixel unit corresponding to blast furnace slag fine powders, determining a threshold value based on the percentage content of SiOof the pixel unit, and then excluding, from the pixel units constituting the two-dimensional area, a pixel unit (equivalent to aggregate) and a pixel unit equivalent to a gap, then determining a specific relational expression based on the SiOpercentage content of cement (e.g., known percentage content) and the SiOpercentage content of the pixel unit corresponding to the blast furnace slag fine powders, and applying the SiOpercentage content of cement paste to the relational expression to estimate the percentage content of the blast furnace slag fine powders.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
