PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately manage the number of routes held in each node in a network having a plurality of formed slices.SOLUTION: A plurality of slices are implemented in a network 20. Each edge router E1-E3 transfers data, transmitted from an external terminal using a route table, to another edge router. A route aggregation device 10 includes: a route information acquisition unit 102 which acquires a route table from each edge router E1-E3; an aggregation route calculation unit 104 which aggregates routes in the route table to update the route table; and a route setting unit 106 which sets the updated route table to each edge router E1-E3. The aggregation route calculation unit 104 selects a route aggregation method to be used for the route aggregation from among the plurality of route aggregation methods slice-by-slice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
