A commercial transaction mediation device (1) is provided with: a main commercial transaction mediation unit (11A) for acquiring, from an order placement user terminal (21) for placing a commercial transaction order, main commercial transaction order placement information (Io) pertaining to a commercial transaction for which orders have been placed, and making the commercial transaction effected on the basis of the main commercial transaction order placement information (Io); an assistance benefit provision realization unit (11B) for acquiring assistance subject information from the order placement user terminal (21), and making benefit provision to the assistance subject executed on the basis of the assistance subject information on condition that the commercial transition has been effected; a storage unit; and a privilege benefit provision realization unit (11E) for making order placement user specification information that specifies a commercial transaction order placement user stored in the storage unit, and making the provision of privilege benefit to the order placement user executed on condition that benefit provision to the assistance subject has been realized.
