There are provided an information analysis assistance device, an operation method and operation program thereof, and an information analysis assistance system capable of understanding information from many angles. In a case where a date in a table is selected by a first selection method, a screen generation unit sets a first display format to display windows showing the outline of each piece of medical data side by side in a second display region. In a case where an item is selected by a second selection method, the screen generation unit sets a second display format to display a time-series change table showing time-series changes in medical data in the second display region. In a case where a cell is selected by a third selection method, the screen generation unit sets a third display format to display the details of medical data in the second display region.
