PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate capable of manufacturing a vapor deposition mask therewith, the mask allowing a vapor deposition material to be deposited on a substrate with a high position accuracy and having a high corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: When a total mass of constituent elements included in a metal plate is 100 mass%, the metal plate is composed of an iron alloy including 34 -38 mass% Ni, 0.1 - 0.3 mass% Cr, and a rest of Fe and inevitable impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
