PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite-martensite two-phase stainless steel excellent in low temperature toughness and press molding property of a heat affected zone, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a ferrite-martensite two-phase stainless steel having a specific component composition and a steel structure consisting of a ferrite phase and a martensite phase and having volume fraction of the martensite phase of 2 to 20%, Vickers hardness of the ferrite phase of 190 or less and NbC with particle diameter of 30 nm or less of 200/μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
