PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam generator, an atomic power plant, and an earthquake proof reinforcement method capable of improving the earthquake resistance of a U-bend part of a heat exchanger tube.SOLUTION: A steam generator 1 for creating steam by heat exchanging with fluid flowing through a heat exchanger tube, comprises: a plurality of heat exchanger tubes 3 each having a first straight pipe part 4 that is positioned on the entrance side of the fluid, a second straight pipe part 5 that is positioned on the discharge side of the fluid, and a bend part 6 that is positioned between the first straight pipe part and the second straight pipe part; a tube support plate 7 having a plurality of formed open holes; and a bearing member 40 for regulating the movement of the plurality of heat exchanger tubes, in which the plurality of open holes through which the first straight pipe part and the second straight pipe part pass are aligned in accordance with a regulation arrangement in a top face view of the tube support plate; the regulation arrangement includes an alignment defective part where the heat exchanger tube does not exist at least one line along the surface inner direction or the surface outside direction; and the bearing member is provided in the alignment defective part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5B
