PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture chamber capable of suppressing sag of a vitrigel membrane and uniformly dispersing and culturing cells on the vitrigel membrane, in a cell culture chamber comprising the vitrigel membrane of dried material.SOLUTION: A cell culture chamber 1 comprises a cylindrical chamber body 2, a vitrigel membrane 3 of dried material, and a substrate 4. In the chamber body 2, open end faces 2a and 2b are formed at both opposite ends. The open end face 2b is fixed in a state that one surface side of the vitrigel membrane 3 of dried material is in contact, and the substrate 4 is arranged on the other surface side of the vitrigel membrane 3 of dried material.
