PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent swept scum from sticking to an inner face of a processing water tank and causing bad smell.SOLUTION: In a scum sweeping device provided to a non-circle-shaped processing water tank, by setting an angle between a scum arm and a corner arm within 180°, scum swept by the corner arm is swept by the scum arm inside of the water tank and is prevented to stick to an inner wall of the processing water tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
