This cleaning wet wipe (1) comprises a plurality of layers and is impregnated with a chemical solution, the cleaning wet wipe (1) being characterized by being provided with hydrophobic fiber layers (3) respectively provided to a front surface layer and a rear surface layer, a hydrophilic fiber layer (2) provided to an intermediate layer sandwiched between the hydrophobic fiber layers (3), interlacing sections (31) where the hydrophobic fiber layers (3) and the hydrophilic fiber layer (2) are interlaced, and non-interlacing sections (32) where the hydrophobic fiber layers (3) and the hydrophilic fiber layer (2) are not interlaced, and in that the hydrophilic fiber layer (2) is impregnated with the chemical solution, and the viscosity of the chemical solution at 25°C is 1–15 mPa·s.
