PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket for a prefilled syringe in which chemical resistance and airtightness are improved.SOLUTION: The gasket for a prefilled syringe includes: a rubber body 14 in which a top face 22 of a columnar shape body makes a liquid contact part and the periphery thereof makes a slide part 23 coming into contact with an inner surface of a syringe barrel; and an inactive film 15 laminated at the top face 22. The inactive film 15 is laminated at the whole top face 22 other than a peripheral edge part of the top face 22 continuing to the slide part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
