PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone holding tool capable of easily reinforcing joint of a plurality of fractured portions and adjusting the reinforcement positions, and an osteosynthesis reinforcement implement including the same.SOLUTION: A bone holding tool 5 connected to a body reinforcement implement 2 for reinforcing joint of fractured bones holds the bones, and includes an annular connection part 31 connected in a concentric shape to an annular fixing part of the body reinforcement implement 2, and a support part 32 extended from the connection part 31 and holding the bones. One marginal part of the connection part 31 has a complementary shape in which a rotation position around an axis line of the connection part 31 is gradually changeable to the annular fixing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
