PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile battery replacement service system which eliminates the necessity for a user to charge a mobile battery, which is a secondary power supply of a mobile device.SOLUTION: A replaceable mobile battery includes: an authentication information recording unit which records authentication information including a user ID indicating a user of a mobile battery replacement service; and an authentication unit which determines a start of discharging a mobile device when user authentication using the authentication information is successful. A charging device includes an authentication information read/write unit which reads the authentication information recorded on the authentication information recording unit of the replaceable mobile battery carried by a user, and writes the read authentication information to an authentication information recording unit of another replaceable mobile battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
