PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-cluster resource management system capable of optimally disposing virtual instances in a server so that the number of operating servers is the minimum in a cluster including plural servers.SOLUTION: An in-cluster resource management system 10 comprises a management server 40 that performs unit-vectorization of resource utilization vector on containers #1 to #n and vectors of remaining resource amount in servers SV11 to SV14 as candidates for disposing containers #1 to #n; calculates an inner product of both unit vectors; and controls to dispose the containers #1 to #n to any one of the servers SV11 to SV14 the inner product of which is the largest.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
