PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective cover which sufficiently protects a connection portion of a connector terminal and a cable terminal and facilitates connection work of the connector terminal and a conductive strip body terminal, and an assembly of an electric connector with conductive strip body and the protective cover.SOLUTION: A protective cover 5 comprises: a first cover member 50 which supports a connector-side connection part 23; and a second cover member 60 which is fitted to the first cover member 50. The first cover member 50 includes a base wall and a pair of sidewalls 52. In the base wall, a housing part in which a head of a bolt 7 or a nut 8 is accommodated and supported is formed while being recessed from an inner wall surface of the base wall. In the pair of sidewalls 52, a side connector regulation surface is formed for regulating a movement of the connector-side connection part 23 in a cover width direction, and a side conductive strip body regulation surface 52B is formed for regulating a movement of at least one of a conductive strip body terminal 40 and a conductive strip body C1 in the cover width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
