PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mood guidance device, a mood guidance program, and a mood guidance method capable of guiding a mood of an object person such as a patient with dementia or a healthy person.SOLUTION: A mood guidance device comprises: a microphone 2 for inputting a voice of a speaker; a computer 4 for converting the voice of the speaker inputted from the microphone 2 into a voice including emotional prosody which represents a mood to be guided; and a speaker 3 for outputting the voice converted by the computer 4 to an object person whose mood is to be guided. By converting the inputted voice of the speaker into the voice including the emotional prosody of the mood to be guided and outputting the converted voice and making the object person listen to the voice, the object person is guided to feel a mood that matches the mood of the speaker which is inferred from the emotional prosody included in the speech.
