PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide feed for cultured fish which can delay the discoloration of the red hue of dark muscle and ordinary muscle of cultured fish which have been processed by feeding the cultured fish, and to provide the cultured fish with delayed discoloration of the red hue of dark muscle and ordinary muscle after processing.SOLUTION: The invention relates to feed for cultured fish which can delay the discoloration of the red hue of dark muscle and ordinary muscle after processing by administering the same to the cultured fish and comprises a prescribed amount of citrus fruit and capsicum.
