PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system for an operation room, capable of supplying temperature-conditioned air that is clean and has appropriate temperature, directly under a traveling device for a fluoroscope moving on a traveling rail laid on a ceiling.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning system 50A is constituted by: first to eighth air supply units 65A to 65H for supplying air to a surgical bed and surroundings thereof from a ceiling; bypass units 66A, 66B for air of an air supply unit whose air supply is stopped to the inside of an operation room; air-conditioning devices 67A to 67D for supplying air to the units; and proximity sensors 68A to 68H provided at the air supply units; and a controller 69. The controller receives a proximity signal from a proximity sensor to stop air supply from an air supply unit in the proximity of a traveling device of the air supply units; and receives a separation signal from a proximity sensor to start air supply from an air supply unit from which the traveling device is separated of the air supply units.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
