The method includes selecting, by a game controller, a winning prize level from a plurality of prize levels. The method includes selecting, by the game controller, a pathway to the selected winning prize level from a plurality of pathways to the selected winning prize level. The method includes selecting, by the game controller, a multiplier for each of the prize levels. In various embodiments, one or more of the multipliers is greater than times one. The method includes displaying, by the game controller on the display, the selected pathway to the selected winning prize level with the one or more of the selected multipliers greater than times one in response to a sequence of user selections of a subset of the selectable symbols.
