Specifically a computer-implemented method of petition submission, comprising: identifying, by one or more processors, a topic for a petition, establishing, by one or more processors, the petition receiving agency, determining, by one or more processors, the petition receiving agency parameters, generating, by one or more processors, a petition, wherein the petition requirements are based on the determined petition receiving agency parameters, receiving, by one or more processors, a signature, wherein the signature is associated with the petition, analyzing, by one or more processors, the signature, to determine if the signature meets the petition requirements set forth, and submitting, by one or more processors, the signature associated with the petition to the petition receiving agency.
