The terminal device includes a processor and a memory storing a program that causes the processor to execute control of the terminal device to function as: a conference information receiving unit configured to receive conference information, which is information about a conference booked through the communication services provided by the multiple service servers, the conference information being received from the management server, a file obtaining location specifying unit configured to specify, as a file obtaining location, a storage location storing the file used in the communication service, on the basis of the conference information, and a file obtaining unit configured to obtain the file from the specified storage location.
