The water distribution bracket is secured at the top of the water filtering grid, including an opening and multiple channels. The water collecting device is connected with the bottom of the mesh water,The water collection device includes a water storage chamber and a pump, wherein the pump has an outlet part connected to a conduit connected with the opening of the water distribution bracket, so that the pump can discharge water from the conduit to the conduit.
