methods for increasing the content of any one or more fine chemicals, for enhancing aspects related to yield in plants and for the production of a product, use of manipulation, cultivable parts of a vegetable, products derived from a vegetable and use of a nucleic acid. The present invention relates to a method for enhancing plant yield aspects by expressing in a vegetable a nucleic acid encoding a poly (protein of interest) polypeptide. The present invention also relates to methods for producing plants which have a modulation of expression of a nucleic acid encoding a dnaj chaperone polypeptide, wherein the vegetables enhance yield aspects compared to control vegetables. The present invention also relates to dnaj-type chaperone-encoding nucleic acids, manipulations comprising it and their uses.
