The invented and currently described inventive concept (s) relates to a conditioning additive composition for use in keratin substrates to provide long term as well as immediate benefits to the keratin substrate in conditioning systems such as , rinse and leave-on conditioners, for hair and skin, or for increased water resistance, such as personal care compositions such as sunscreens or cosmetics. The inventive concept (s) claimed and currently described also refers to a conditioning composition containing the conditioning additive composition and a method of applying the conditioning additive composition.
