Synthesis of a new norcantarimida with potential antineoplastic agent.Currently, are available to physicians, several antineoplastic agents, however, these have side effects which may affect the health and reduce the quality of life of the patient.Therefore there is a need for new drugs and therapeutic alternatives to medicines more specific, selective and with less side effects.On the basis of this need, this invention relates to the formation of a new maleimida with incorporation of 4 - aminoantipirina in its structure, as Zim - 01.The compound synthesized (Zim - 01) by reaction of the maleimida of 4 - aminoantipirina with cyclopentadiene was evaluated with regard to their applications as adjuvant therapy against cancer by means ofDoses of isolated and associated with chemotherapy.
