To this end, polysaccharides were obtained by dehydration, crushing, depigmentation and delipidation, sonication, ethanolic extraction proteolysis and centrifugation and separated into 4 -fractions (f -0.25; F -0.5;F -0.75 and f -1.0) through ion exchange chromatography of cellulose. It has been found that all fractions are formed only by galactose and anidruglactose.
