"Composition for mortar and pressed soil-cement block with thermal and mechanical properties and the process thereof" The present invention deals with a mortar for making pressed soil-cement blocks, whose thermal properties are influenced by the addition of moving materials. of phase (pcms). The mortar used is a homogeneous mixture of fine aggregate (s), inorganic binder (s) and water, with hydrocarbon additives (phase change material) having the chemical formula cnh2n + 2 which, in addition to mechanical and thermal properties also have low water absorption. X-ray fluorescence was used to correct the percentage of silicon in the small aggregate so that the mass contains 10% to 70% silicon and the remainder can be 1 to 50% pcms organic additives and clay, among other elements like cement. With this percentage of silicon in the mortar, the cement content to be added is from 1% to 50%, obtaining a solocement block with characteristics that meet the technical standards. The blocks, after pressing and curing, presented good thermal properties, low water absorption and high mechanical resistance, properties much sought by the construction industry.
