"Digital system for remote contracting of freight and other transport services", characterized by three main elements: 1) mobile application: software available for installation on mobile devices, capable of authenticating its users by validating the signature of digital documents; 2) virtual server: data server capable of storing data in the concept of "digital cloud"; 3) content management and payment software: code capable of organizing and managing transmitted content as well as the documents generated and payments made on each new hire. One of the objectives of the present patent is to provide a digital solution for contractual formalization between transport companies and autonomous carriers, as well as a platform for managing the formal documents of said contracting, streamlining the process as a whole, reducing operating costs and mainly by reducing the risks to the contracting parties
