The present invention describes a process of obtaining the pet powder, with suitable particle size (below 500µm), from the pet flake and incorporation of the product obtained in polyester paint, the process characterized by use of only one homogenizer to the detriment of the previous processes that use cryogenic grinding techniques, micronization, among others. Existing processes for producing pet powder from post-consumer pet are expensive and complex, mainly due to the use of many equipment or the handling of difficult elements.
