The present patent application relates to the platform (1), which belongs to the field of cargo handling equipment, developed to facilitate the suspension and movement of cargo in space-restricted places, which prevent the use of conventional cargo handling equipment; said platform (1) comprising: lower baseplate (2); by rotating ball assembly (12) mounted on the upper surface of the lower baseplate (2); by upper base plate (20), provided with a set of openings (21) aligned with the revolving spheres (12) and with diameters larger than these; and by a hydraulic or pneumatic drive mechanism (30) which moves the lower base plate (2) or upper base plate (20) to approach each other by traversing the rotating spheres (12) in the openings ( 21) for a load (100) to be supported and moved thereon or said hydraulic or pneumatic mechanism (30) moves the lower baseplate (2) or the upper baseplate (20) towards to move away from each other by retracting the pivoting balls (12) into the openings (21) so that a load (100) can be supported without movement directly on the upper baseplate (20).
