The improvement concerns a new formulation applied in the manufacture of safety shoe soles to be used generally, such as by construction workers, steel mills, scrap iron shipbuilding and other places where there are risks. In this new process, carbonate is used in an appropriate proportion that, added to isocyanate and polyol, results in a compound polyurethane corresponding to an increase between 1% and 50% without compromising the technical properties of the products or raw materials used to obtain this sole.
