There is provided herein the methods for distinguishing overall length high molecular weight kininogen (HMWK) and the HMWK of cracking in sample.This method may include that the labelled peptide indicates the HMWK and/or overall length HMWK of cracking with Protease Treatment biological sample to generate a variety of digestion peptides and measure one or more labelled peptides.
