The invention discloses a riser coupling device to a buoyancy structure, wherein the device comprises: a flexible joint comprising a lower and upper flange, and a ball joint or flexible portion with a hard housing comprising a combination side circular in its rim; a connecting pipe comprising an upper and lower flange; a guide tube being firmly fixed to the buoyancy structure comprising a side suspended from its upper rim, and a cylindrical hard body having a diameter that is larger than the flexible joint; a suspended cone structure positioned under the top flange of the connecting tube comprising: a toroidal tapered section narrowing towards its bottom with a cylindrical inner surface in contact with the connecting tube, a spline divided into at least two parts that fit into a groove at the top of the inner cylindrical surface and one groove in the connecting tube, at least two suspended segments affixed to the perimeter of the cylindrical part of the tapered structure, the segments providing a circumferential load that additionally transfers surface to said side suspended on the upper rim of the guide tube; and an adapter attached to the flexible gasket housing comprising: a combination surface at the lower end of the adapter complementary to a combination surface on the flexible gasket rim; a lower circumferential support region near the combination surface; an additional support circumferential region positioned along the length of the connecting tube; a cone section above the circumferential support region, terminating at a distance from the suspended structure and in circumferential sliding contact with the connecting tube; wherein at least one of the support regions is the flexible joint housing being in close contact with the underside of the guide tube.
