Methods and systems for the automated identification of agroclimatic zones This disclosure provides methods and systems for the automated identification of agroclimatic zones. The methods deal with the receipt of environment and soil parameters from various external systems to a geographic region through one or more interaction methods. Parameters can be raw data or derived from raw data, homogenized and stored in a generic and hierarchical format for easy consumption. Inference is taken from the associated parameters and attributes by comparing them with the historical attributes available in a knowledge base module for a corresponding agroclimatic zone. inferences can also be made from parameters available in coded form, such as images, videos and ontological knowledge. Based on the comparison, a score is generated, reflecting the degree of compliance with the predefined agroclimatic zones. This disclosure enables intelligent real-time inferences about the classification of a geographic region based on directly available microclimate parameters or in a coded format.
