It is a system and method for producing a cardboard product made from paper products having a previously creased coating in addition to a medium (sometimes called streaking). Conventional corrugated cardboard may have a transverse corrugating means and one or more coatings which do not have printed crease line (at least prior to mounting with the corrugated medium). This conventional cardboard product may be inferior due to the fact that any crease lines that are printed will damage the underlying corrugated medium in some way. A deterioration in the strength of the underlying medium leads to poor accuracy when the eventual cardboard product is creased, cut and folded. A lack of precision in folding a cardboard product leads to angled deviation and gap variation since any articulated portion of the cardboard product may not maintain an accurate articulation plane when folded.
