The present invention provides: a pharmaceutical preparation for oral administration with a controlled dissolution rate, the preparation comprising extended release pellets containing tamsulosin hydrochloride, wherein extended release pellets comprise (i) a tamsulosin hydrochloride, ( ii) hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (hpmc), (iii) an acid resistant acrylic polymer, and (iv) two or more types of insoluble diluents; and a preparation method for them. According to the present invention, the extended release pellets containing tamsulosin hydrochloride of a predetermined size can be reproducibly produced, thereby controlling the release rate and reducing the size of the pellets, thereby enhancing drug adhesion.
