The present invention refers to a didactic material of a playful character, consisting of a rectangular board with two faces (Figures 25 and 26) comprising a checkered main area (1) on the upper face (Figure 25) with the possibility of sketches / writing and positioning. of three-dimensional pieces representing furniture (Figures 1 to 24), in order to constitute a workplace design proposal, as exemplified in Figures 27 to 29, which tends to evolve during the rounds. This set of materials assists the teaching and learning process of disciplines related to ergonomics and work design, in the context of higher education in production engineering and lato-sensu specialization courses in related areas, transmitting to participants in a playful and relaxed way concepts and information about incorporating human needs into the design of new workplaces, which is one of ergonomics' central concerns.
