"Tin-doped indium oxide fine particle dispersion, method for producing it, intermediate layer film for laminated glass with thermal ray protection properties formed by use of said dispersion, and laminated glass produced therewith". The present invention relates to a tin-doped indium oxide fine particle dispersion having tin-doped indium oxide fine particles, a plasticizer for an intermediate layer film, an organic solvent containing alcohols as a major component, and a dispersion stabilizer, whereby, under the conditions of measurement of the tin-doped indium oxide fine particle concentration of 0,7% by weight and a glass cell optical path length of 1 mm, a transmittance of visible light is 80% or more, a solar radiation transmittance at a wavelength within a range of 300 nm to 2,100 nm is equal to or less than 3/4 of the visible light transmittance, a mist value is 1.0% or less, and a yellow reflection index is -20 or greater.
