Ways to solve the problems: A novel nitrogenous non-aromatic pyridyl heterocyclic-1-carboxylate ester derivative and pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof have been found to have potent faah inhibitory activity. The derivative is superior in increasing effective bladder capacity and improving polachuria and has an anti-allodynamic effect. Thus, this compound can be used for the treatment of polyachuria / urinary incontinence, overreactive bladder and / or pain.
