Methods for in situ cold recycling employing lubrication additive and foamed asphalt In situ cold asphalt recycling is described. A foamed asphalt can be produced by injecting water and optionally compressed air into a hot asphalt stream. A lubricant surfactant can be added to the hot asphalt stream to improve performance. The foamed asphalt may be mixed with the recovered material to produce a uniformly coated paving material that can be compacted to a desired density.
