The present Invention relates to Antibodies against 5T4 oncofetal Antigen and Antibody Drug Conjugates appropriate for Study in Clinical Trials.The Antibody Cross reactivity in Human and cynomolgus monkeys.And display an affinity with human 5T4 Antigen in the same order of magnitude as its Affinity to Antigen 5T4 cynomolgus Monkey.The Invention also relates to the use of Antibodies and Antibody Drug Conjugates for the treatment of Haematological Malignancies and solid tumors.
