Elephant grass fiber and its processing in polymerization matrix

The invention transmits a group of Pennisetum purpureum fibers in the form of multi beauty matrix and its processing process. The polymerized product of the invention contains 75% to 98% of the elephant grass fiber.Polygonal matrix 2% to 20%, catalyst 0.1% to 5%. This polymer does not require the addition of hardeners. The polymer preparation process shown here includes the stages of cutting, grinding and mixing components and forming. This process is characterized by the fact that plant fibers do not need chemical or enzymatic pretreatment, especially the treatment of hydroxides, which is usually required for wood polymer processing. The polymer produced here is useful for enterprises in the forest production chain, especially for the furniture and construction industries.
