Preparations for parenteral administration of specific hydrophobic active agents such as Q10 Syndrome are shown here. Methods of preparation of the same and methods of treating oncological disorders using the same are also given here. The preparationscontain an aqueous solution: a hydrophobic active agent which is dispersed to form a colloidal nanodispersion of particles; and tula at least one of a dispersion stabilisation factor and a refractory reduction factor;where the colloidal nano -dispersion of the active substance is dispersed within nano -dispersion particles of an average size less than 200 -nm. Methods of preparation of parenteral preparations include dispersion of hydrophobic active pHigh pressure homogenisation factor by (1) addition of the hydrophobic active agent to a water bath 65oC and mixing to form a hydrogen mixture b active agent /water (2) addition of a dispersion stabilising agent to the water mixtureRophobic active agent /water and mixing in 65oC to form a mixture of hydrophobic active agent /water /stabilising agent (3) is a reduction factor in the refrigerant to form a mixture of hydrophobic active agento /water /stabilising factor /reducing factor (4) reheating of a microheater in 65oC and (5) treatment by mixing the hydrophobic mixture Active /water /stabilising /reducing factor within the micro -stabiliser in65oC to form a colloidal nanodispersion of the hydrophobic active agent having an average particle size less than 200 -nm. Methods of treating oncological disorders by administration of preparations described here are also provided.to a subject,so that the treatment or prevention of the oncological disorder is carried out.
