The solution relates to a nanofibrous membrane, which is formed by at least one layer of nanofibres, which contains at least 60% of modified polyurethane nanofibers with a molecular weight of 50,000 to 250,000 Da, preferably 70,000 to 110,000 Da. In doing so, the material not only provides the membrane with high breathability, hydrophobicity and olefobite, but also the durability of these parameters even after several wash cycles. The invention also relates to a method for producing such a nanofibrous membrane, a textile composite comprising at least one such nanofibrous membrane, and a method for producing such a composite.
