Method for casting and connecting concrete flow bridges. Concrete flow bridges are concrete elements 2 - 5 m in width and 6 - 25 m in length and 80 - 200 cm in height, the elements have built-in polystyrene blocks for buoyancy. Concrete flow bridges are used as boat bridges in ports, marinas, etc. and are connected longitudinally to reach the desired length of a bridge course. The new method for casting and interconnecting concrete floating bridges, which is desired to be patented, provides a very simple design of concrete floating bridges with perfectly clean surfaces without complicated recesses and castings, which gives great savings in the casting process and simplified laying in the harbor basin. The coupling bracket consists of Eyebolt (10), inserts (11) and mandrel (12) as shown in Figs. 5 and FIG. 6. For the casting of the elements, simply insert 4 inserts (11) at each end of the concrete flow bridge. When preparing the concrete floating bridge for laying in the port, screw 4 eyebolts (10) into inserts (11) to a precise depth at each end. Thereafter, the bridge phages can be brought into place and locked together with a mandrel (12) mounted in the eyebolts (10) and lock the bridge phages together in the longitudinal direction. The mandrel is secured with a locking pin so that it does not move. Coupling with eyebolt coupling gives great rigidity / slab effect in the assembly of 2 or more concrete flow bridges, since a lateral load on a concrete flow bridge, eg wave or weight, will be supported in stiffening and withstand torsion / tilt via all other connected concrete flow bridges, the feeling of walking on solid ground. The invention provides a design that is very simple, solid and inexpensive to purchase. The invention differs from what is known today in a very simple design of the concrete flow bridge with completely clean surfaces, without complicated recesses and moldings, as well as a coupling system that is easily, quickly and cheaply replaceable in the event of wear or damage.
