The present invention discloses an electronic device and a closing system for intelligent logistics. An electronic closing device for intelligent logistics exchanges data with a data management device and contains a data transmission module for receiving a control command; a data storage module for storing information in the form of data on a container covered by an electronic closing device; and a control unit configured to control the data transfer unit to receive information as data from the data management device and store the received information as data in the data storage unit if the control command received by the data transfer unit is a write command; and reading the information in the form of data from the data storage module and sending the read information as data to the data management device via the data transmission module, if the control command received by the data transmission module is a read command.
